The KHT1005.2 is a small, compact version of KEF’s compact ‘egg’ 5.1 home theatre speaker system. It comes complete with five of the now iconic ‘egg’ shaped loudspeakers (one of which sits on its side for the centre channel) and the Kube-1 subwoofer.
The KHT1005.2 uses KEF’s smallest Uni-Q® driver (75mm / 3in). Its metal dome tweeter and neodymium magnets deliver an extended bandwidth normally associated with much larger units. KEF’s Uni-Q technology disperses the sound across a wider area ensuring the full enjoyment of the soundtrack regardless of where you sit in the room. The superb soundstage is completed with the Kube-1 subwoofer, with a 150W amplifier and powerful bass performance that belies its size. The KHT1005.2 is an excellent home cinema speaker system and ideal for smaller rooms.
Complete with wall brackets for optional wall mounting.
Price is £390 for the speakers on their own . We recommend using these speakers with an Onkyo AV receiver.
