If you want to store your entire CD collection in one place and then playback selected music tracks and albums with very high quality sound in a clear lossless (FLAC) format then the Olive 3HD is the solution for you. If you marry this with one of our selected Marantz or Denon amplifiers and the amazing new Kef Q300 or Q100 speakers then you will have a wonderful neat set up. The perfect entry into the spectacular world of HD music, the Olive 3HD music server is extremely simple to use and can store upto 5,000 HD tracks (of 1,500 of your favourite CDs. With its intuitive colour touchscreen, the 3HD is a pleasure to use and ripping (copying) a CD to the 3HD or finding an album to play is easy.

Everything from 24-bit HD files to 16-bit converted CDs will be at your fingertips. You can even turn your screen into an oversized color display and use the Olive remote control to see music details or select songs from across the room. It's a great alternative to navigating with the touchscreen or our iPhone App. Now you'll enjoy your music collection more than ever.

Why does it sound so good?

In similarity to its larger brother the 4HD, the Olive 3HD delivers exceptional sound quality from all of your digital music sources. The only omissions are a digital output and wireless technology, but you can add a wireless dongle (such as the Audioengine W1) to transmit the audio output wirelessly. With 24-bit/192kHz oversampling, noise and distortion are ultra low resulting in incredible purity in both high frequencies and low-level detail.
